RECLAIMER

SBM reclaimers were especially designed for the raw material industry. They are used wherever economic handling, homogenisation, or temporary storage of large quantities of bulk materials are essential. Our reclaimers feature an exceptionally high loading capacity and high availability. They are especially designed for extreme operating conditions such as ice, snow and frost as well as heat.

FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW

The processed material is piled up layer by layer by a reversible conveyor to obtain the optimum blend. While one stockpile is piled up, the reclaimer standing between both stockpiles simultaneously removes material from the other stockpile. During removal, the material is recovered by the reclaimer either semi- or fully-automatically and then transferred to the wagon loading via conveyor belts

Dosing Belts

SBM dosing feeders are extremely robust machines to convey, remove or dose mineral bulk materials from bunkers, stockpiles or silos. Their output range comes to more than 1,000 t/h
