La sección de moldes regulables ofrecen diferentes posibilidades de ajustes, según las necesidades del cliente:

• Número de escalones.
• Dimensiones / forma de aterrizaje.
• Largo del escalón.
• Alto del escalón.
• Ancho de la escalera.
• Vibración neumática o eléctrica.

Las ventaja principal que ofrecen este tipo de molde regulable es que con un mismo molde se puede fabricar diferentes tipos de escaleras, ahorrando tiempo y dinero, aparte de su fácil manejo.

La sección de moldes fijos ofrece al cliente dos posibilidades de producción de escaleras, en horizontal o en vertical. En este tipo de molde las dimensiones de la escalera ya vienen predefinidas. Éstos moldes ofrecen la posibilidad de adaptar ligeramente la geometría al incluir persianas para reducir el número de escalones, modificar la longitud del descansillo, etc. Su gran ventaja es el corto tiempo de operación y el buen acabado en la cara superior e inferior de la escalera.

The adjustable moulds section offers different adjustment possibilities, according to the customer's needs:

• Dimensions / landing shape.
• Step length.
• Step height.
• Width of the ladder.
• Pneumatic or electric vibration.

The main advantage of these types of adjustable moulds is that different types of staircases can be made with the same mould, saving time and money, as well as being easy to use.

We have about four types of adjustable moulds:

The fixed mould section offers the customer two possibilities for the production of staircases, horizontal or vertical. In this type of mould, the dimensions of the staircase are already predefined. These moulds offer the possibility of slightly adapting the geometry by including shutters to reduce the number of steps, modify the length of the landing, etc. Their great advantage is the short operation time and the good finish on the top and bottom face of the staircase.
